1.1. These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and conducting transactions with Empowerment Amplified LLC (hereafter known as “Empowerment Amplified” or “we”). All users and customers are subject to these terms and conditions (hereafter known as “you”, “users(s)”, or “customer(s)”. By using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
1.2. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. Empowerment Amplified reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions. Continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

4. Online store
4.1. By making a purchase of products of services through this website, you agree that you are at least of legal age of majority in your location and are legally responsible for any purchases you make.
4.2. While Empowerment Amplified makes every effort to provide detailed and accurate information, we are not liable if this is not accurate, complete or current. We do our best to portray the color, size, and weights of the product as closely as we can, excluding tumbled stones, which are an "average" weight. We are not responsible for variation in shades or reasonable size/weight discrepancies.
4.3. Products and services here are offered for aesthetic and complimentary purposes only. This site cannot recommend, diagnosis, or give medical, mental health, or financial, or legal advice. None of the statements we make have been evaluated by health care, legal, or financial professionals.
4.4. Prices of products are clearly listed though errors may occur. If errors are noted, we will work with you to correct these issues in a timely manner.
4.5 We reserve the right to limit quantity due to product on hand.
5.1. Products will be shipped per shipping method chosen so long as this does not conflict with the shipping company’s policies.
5.2. Items will be insured through a third party vendor when requested, typically through the shipper. Customers are subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
6. Warranty and liability
6.1. No warranties or guarantees are offered or offered for products.
8.2. Users and customers agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Empowerment Amplified LLC, its subsidiaries, owners, staff, partners, or Consignees from liability for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost, damaged or stolen shipments. As some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8.3 Metaphysical healing properties of all products and services are alternative and complimentary. Metaphysical healing properties of all products and services is not a prescription, diagnosis, or health care substitution, and should not be used in lieu of a health care/ financial/ mental health/ legal/ or licensed professional. Please note: Some stones are toxic in nature and should be used with appropriate caution.
