Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. If you have ordered an item which is sold out, you will be notified and payment will be refunded to you. Please allow up to three business days for processing and up to five business days for shipping.

You will be provided with a tracking number for every order. Shipping will be through USPS unless otherwise requested or informed.

Return & Exchange Policy

If an item you ordered is delivered damaged to you, we will refund the cost of the item back to you upon its return to us. If you received an item you did not order, we will have it returned. If your order is lost or stolen; please see the Terms and Conditions section of this website.

Please be aware that crystals and minerals and other organic products cannot be guaranteed to be completely free from defects. Natural cracks, pitting, lines, inclusions, and kinds of blemishes are not uncommon and not considered damage to the item and will not constitute a refund.

As all items are one-of-a-kind; we cannot offer exchanges. We will, however, attempt to do everything that is reasonable to see that you are satisfied with your purchase. Your satisfaction is important to us and we value you as a customer.
